We reserve the right to discontinue services for misconduct without refund.

4. Course Duration & Attendance

  • If a student fails to attend classes within the validity period, the course cannot be extended without additional fees.

  • Missed sessions will not be compensated unless otherwise mentioned.

6. Corporate Training Terms

  • Scope, duration, and deliverables will be shared through formal proposals.

  • Any change request must be mutually agreed.

  • Recordings of corporate sessions are permitted only with written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Compusoft Computer Education is not liable for:

  • Technical issues or downtime on the website

  • Loss of data due to user-side errors

  • Job placement guarantees (we do not promise employment)

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Training outcomes depend on individual performance and effort.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • A learner violates policies

  • Fees remain unpaid beyond permitted dates

  • Misuse of institute property or training materials is detected
