Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the rules for refunds for individual training programs.

1. General Refund Rules

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances mentioned below.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to compusoftedusurat@gmail.com.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

2. Refund Policy for Individual Training (Students & Professionals)

Refund may be considered only if:

• The student requests cancellation within 3 days of enrollment, and

• Has attended no more than one session.

No refund is provided if:

• The student has attended more than one class.

• The student discontinues due to personal reasons (schedule issues, relocation, exams, job change, etc.).

• The student delays the course beyond the allowed duration.

Batch Change: Allowed once, subject to seat availability.
