This Refund Policy outlines the rules for refunds for individual training programs.
1. General Refund Rules
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances mentioned below.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to compusoftedusurat@gmail.com.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
2. Refund Policy for Individual Training (Students & Professionals)
Refund may be considered only if:
The student requests cancellation within 3 days of enrollment, and
Has attended no more than one session.
No refund is provided if:
The student has attended more than one class.
The student discontinues due to personal reasons (schedule issues, relocation, exams, job change, etc.).
The student delays the course beyond the allowed duration.
Batch Change: Allowed once, subject to seat availability.
